A couple, a shared dream, and a committed vision of the world.

We are Laurine & Florian, a French couple who met at the age of 15, now married with two children. And clearly, meeting young was the right choice — we’ve never been apart since!

This strong bond is fueled by shared passions: travel, discovering the world, respecting all life, and of course… specialty coffee.

🎓 A complementary journey around coffee and sharing

We are both trained baristas, passionate about coffee in all its forms. We’ve already had the opportunity to open and run a coffee shop — an experience that strengthened our desire to share the true taste of coffee with others.

Professionally, we come from different yet complementary backgrounds: Florian is a computer engineer by training, while Laurine has extensive experience in commerce and customer relations.

We’ve both also worked in event planning, where we developed a taste for communication, crafting experiences, and connecting with people.

We’ve always had a deep desire to explore: places, traditions, landscapes, flavors.

Our travels have taught us to see things differently and to marvel at the richness of our planet and all who inhabit it — humans and animals alike.

🐾 A deep passion for animals

Our love for animals has always been part of our lives. Over time, it has grown into a concrete commitment: to protect them, to respect their place, their freedom, and their well-being.

This journey naturally led us to adopt a vegetarian lifestyle — a choice we make with consistency and conviction, no longer endorsing how animals are treated in the industry today.

☕ Specialty coffee, our soft revolution

Coffee is one of the most consumed beverages in the world… but also one of the most misunderstood.

Often over-roasted, bitter, poorly extracted, and poorly compensated at origin — coffee has lost the essence of what it is: a complex, living, rich, and precious agricultural product.

We discovered specialty coffee the way one discovers a fine wine: with respect, wonder, and humility.

Today, our mission is to restore value to this product, highlight the work of producers, and share a culture of taste, origin, and meaning.
